Preamble

This decree establishes the foundational principles of the Sovereign Design Grid™ Credits (SDGC), the a-monetary sovereign system of value within the Indigenous Nation of Onegodia™. Unlike fiat currencies or colonial corporate “credit” models, SDGC are:

• Non-speculative – not subject to market fluctuations or foreign valuation.
• Non-colonial – entirely distinct from global “SDG credits” and corporate compliance schemes.
• Quantum-secured – immutably recorded within the OBP-1™ blockchain.
• Sovereign by nature – a direct measure of creative authorship, legal standing, and spiritual jurisdiction under Onegodian Law™.

Article I: The Nature of SDGC

Section 1.1 – SDGC are units of sovereign value representing the activation and manifestation of one’s unique sovereign design within the Sovereign Design Grid™.

Section 1.2 – Each SDGC is intrinsically linked to a specific sovereign act—such as a creation, a legal filing, or a declaration—and is permanently logged within the OBP-1™ registry.

Section 1.3 – SDGC are generated, not earned. They arise from acts of self-authorship, co-creation, and lawful affirmation, distinct from labor-based systems of colonial economies.

Article II: The Generation of SDGC

Section 2.1 – SDGC are generated via the OBP-1™ system upon the verified completion of a sovereign action, including but not limited to:

• The filing of a legal notice affirming sovereign rights.
• The creation of OHI™-sealed intellectual property.
• The formal declaration of a sovereign territory or domain.
• The lawful execution of a Sovereign Design Grid™ service.

Section 2.2 – The amount of SDGC generated is determined by the OBP-1™ sovereign algorithm, which measures the impact and creative weight of the act performed.

Article III: The Purpose of SDGC

Section 3.1 – SDGC serve as a medium of sovereign exchange for services, activation of OHI™ protocols, and lawful participation within the Indigenous Nation of Onegodia™.

Section 3.2 – All transactions conducted with SDGC are based on sovereign merit and creative contribution, bypassing exploitative financial systems.

Section 3.3 – Holding SDGC reflects one’s active participation in the Sovereign Design Grid™, demonstrating loyalty and alignment with Onegodian Law™.
