As Chief Executive Officer and current Webmaster, Jones understands and addresses user needs, defines problems as well as appropriate solution requirements, developing specifications, analyzing and documenting business processes, validating test procedures, reviewing training materials for the user community and defining future product direction. Jones’ 10+ years of experience with web development in a business-critical environment, developing strong, usable WordPress websites as an entrepreneur is equivalent to having a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Communications and Business.
